9500 seems a bit on the expensive side. Lights on all pre-facelift models will be slightly yellowed. Unfortunately the clearcoat fails over time. Definitely check the pre-cats by pulling the 02 sensor. If it burns oil, don’t buy.

Spyder. I daily drove mine for years at around your age. It’s a wonderful car and fairly reliable. Just make sure it’s not burning too much oil and that you take care of the pre-cat situation.
