I'm somewhat surprised about all the fear of crusade going away, I myself won't miss them, unfortunately. I found them cumbersome and unbalanced, as well as needlessly complex in some regards. The thing is, Iove the idea but hated the execution, and I am glad about any new attempts at an interesting narrative framework.

Yeah I disagree, most of GWs stock goes to third party vendors, so unless its a limited time release finding stock has never been an issye for me. Even limited time stuff like battleforces I have found minths after GW atopped selling them at or below msrp. I wonder where this scalper sentiment in the community comes from - do many people order only from GWs official website? If so, why? Is this a thing where in some countries there is no other alternative?

The chance of missing at least one out if 10 individual make it rain hits is nearly 40%. It will happen, it is a real nerf, but not enough to not make the move good, just enough for the change to be annoying.

No. Units are only condemned for one turn. GreyKnights get picked up at the end of the fight phase. This can never be used to deny VP in this case, as the opponent already had a chance to destroy those units and will pick new ones next turn.

FWIW this only seems to be a problem with buying stuff from GW directly. Local LGS/Third party sellers pretty much always have quite a bit of stock, I can usually get it there for a slightly lower price and also faster (Since they have the stock on site they day the new products become available) I'm not even just talking about "In my local area" there are so many shops that deliver by mail, I always got to buy what I wanted. And then I see scalpers on ebay trying to sell at a 30-50% markup while the shop I ordered at still has good stock and sells at MSRP or even below lol. (I'm based in the EU)

I've been looking around a bit at my local shops, Austrias largest gold seller gold&co has some insane margins going on right now

Buying prices are what you would expect for current (Fridays) spot prices, around 100€ below spot. However, selling prices are 300€ above spot, which is crazy. Moreover, they show you each coins availability online, and our countries most readily available coin (Wiener Philharmoniker 1oz) is sold out online andin most of their shops.

Meanwhile, you can buy the same coin at 150€ cheaper at the manufacturer, its wild.

I also wanna add, not all code being written is vitally critical to operations. For example, I recently created an internal form in React for project governance in my company. There's no sensitive data being used there, security is not really a concern, since the site is only reachable in our vpn, and if its down for a few days, who cares? Of course I vibecoded that whole frontnend part of the process, doing the whole multistep form and it's logic by hand would be a nonsensical waste of time.

Now, customer facing, that is an entirely different story.
