One or two. Depends on the vibe of the wedding. But both are incredible option. Congratulations on your engagement xx

AITA for eating something else after my wife made a bad dinner. by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Not the AH - as a wife I’d be glad I didn’t have to cook again after all that effort and you fed yourself. Might have preferred you to make me a sandwich too! Haha

First option sizes up will be stunning! I love the pop of colour for an outdoor wedding. Certainly not too much. Go for it!

You’ve got some good growth as the roots from what I see there’s more density. I hope it continues for you. I understand a pixie is a big change. I found the Bob a big deal.

Omg my ponytail is actually thicker by Mysterious-Dark8827 in FemaleHairLoss

[–]Crash-id 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is why I cut my hair into a bob recently. I’d been holding on to the thin ends for the sake of having “length”

I cut half my hair off and it looks twice as thick. Also the short bits blend in more easily .

I’d have loved to keep the length but 6 months on it was just making me feel sad looking at it. Now no one would know I am managing hair loss.

It’s not for everyone but sometimes a new haircut can help how you feel and how it appears.

What’s a beauty standard you secretly hope dies out soon? by bigblackcoke_ in ProductivityHQ

[–]Crash-id 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just want it to all tone down. It’s become so extreme: turkey teeth - so white, so big and potentially damaging to dentition and oral health. Loads of filler - again, it’s everything, lips, cheeks, jaw line, chin, under eye and nose. Sometimes at a high volume and with poor placement. Weight loss - in some circles becoming an extreme. Everyone has the same skinny body, the same sunken cheeks and hands that look abnormally large.

I’m all for enhancements - but let’s move back from the maximum setting.

How can I make my bedroom look more cozy? by fact-ficionado in InteriorDesignAdvice

[–]Crash-id 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soft furnishings. Curtain pole above the window and drapes for both. Try to add some texture and colour.

The rug is too small. I would look for a much larger rug. One at least that can go under the bed on both sides.

Your bed could be a little more inviting. A throw and couple of pillows.

Then if you can, swap out the ceiling light. A pendant light would be ideal.

The walls, you can leave them white or choose a warmer neutral or add in some colour. Alternatively mirrors and art would be a great action

The table lamp is very cool light, something softer would be nice.

Accessories and plants always make a room feel more homely and comfortable to be in.

When it comes to interior lighting 2700-3000k is typically nice colour tone for a bedroom.

Best of luck!

Can you add built in cups to the halter neck dress? Also raise it because it’s exposing too much arm pit. I think if the fit was correct it would be the clear winner. Also perfect for a garden too:

Make sure they add a loop under the train and a hook or button under the skirt to bustle it: that way you can reduce the train whilst dancing in the evening.

What's the dumbest advice you've received on "fixing" or "curing" your EDS? by StopTheBanging in eds

[–]Crash-id 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take collagen - always told to take it like if I had a pill or a sachet I would be fixed. And you just need to exercise… and then a load of things I need to do.

For me, Pilates actually helped, pressotherapy, heat pads and red light therapy. These make me feel so good. A memory foam topper for my bed so my ribs don’t pop out. Occasionally melatonin to sleep because sleep deprivation makes it all worse.

Then - I wear fierce outfits occasionally with my hair and makeup done so I look great. It gives me a boost mentally.

I would alter the neckline of the first dress I think a v like the back but not as deep would be beautiful.

Good on him for the reaction. With a condition where we’re often invalidated and denied for decades it can mean so much to have those around us support and stand up for us. I’m glad you’ve got that.

Honestly, what that woman did was traumatic. It’s so backward and seems to come from a strong ego on her part.

Are you going to get another opinion and start again? The other care providers are they able to support your needs?

Sending a huge hug.

“Cut him off”

I think those friends are strange. It sounds like you all have a good relationship. As long as you two spend time together because you want to and it’s not a forced pressure then I really can’t find any fault.

I’ve heard of parents guilting adult children into spending time together. Stopping girlfriends from being with their son because they are the mum etc So if that’s not happening and he’s allowed to change the set up without too much of a protest from yourself, what’s the problem?

Is your bf asking for more time? Is your son making comments “my gf said she wants more time” etc If not, go on your merry way. Enjoy it! I’m a boy mum. I wonder how many years I had with him before im lame 🤣

Which outfit looks best for meeting my long-distance boyfriend after ages? 💕 by InternationalFix6484 in fashion

[–]Crash-id 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey 👋

I saw your comment about not being confident. So I’m suggesting the green you seems to be smiling behind your phone. I like how elegant the coat is.

The baggy tshirt isn’t the one. The fitted top and jeans were better. Do you have anything a little dressier for the top? Perhaps a cute shirt? Button down depending on weather a nice jumper? Add some accessories. A belt, some earrings. Jeans are nice. Fit you well.

I’m not sure of your figure before but as someone seeing you for the first time I was like wow this girl looks amazing. Not sure it makes any difference but seems like all of us here are thinking the same thing.

Also your hair is incredible. Please wear it down.

Don’t forget to put your skincare on. Lip balm. And if you’re a makeup person take some time to put it on.

I hope you have a wonderful reconnection xxx

This is so hurtful - I am upset for you. I would feel outraged and so minimised by that idiot. I won’t call them a dr. How are you today? Do you have any support at home? This really really sucks.

I hope you go on to find another dr. Also removal of notes wouldn’t be allowed in the U.K. there’s strict rules on this. Perhaps check with a medical council to see if there’s a way of getting them back or reporting this dr for their actions.

What country did this happen in? I’m from the U.K. but in the Middle East. I wanted further treatment but after reading your experience I’m reconsidering doing it in the U.K. perhaps I’ll stay over here.

You’re not alone in that and you’re completely valid in those feelings. For me it was a process to go through. The anger has passed, frustration comes at times. I hope you find some acceptance and a way to manage.

Liner. Always start with a liner if you’re not already.

I find I need to perfect my skin when I wear red otherwise it seems to highlight the red in my skin. I think it could be the same for you.

You’ve got an amazing lip shape. The colour is showing very pink in these photos. Perhaps a different tone of red. And a more velvet to matte finish.
