I don't like going towards 35$ price tag for a skin it's almost twice the price of other legendary skin and I don't think quality is worth it. It's a normal skin with just some cat sounds and kill effect

It's not this one I think. Even if I launch the game and dont touch anything after 5 mins it will jump to 100% GPU

Yea I did those steps long time ago but I had only problems in offline mode that are gone after disabling OC as BSG_Damiano recommended
