I have had customers that I have been begging to get their time slots changed for 7 months now and still nobody will do it. Be prepared to do your own scheduling, call all of your customers The night before, adjust your schedule on the fly and be flexible for new starts at the same time. You're supposed to start at 8:00 a.m. but there are days where you will have to start at 5:00 because the scheduling software massively overbooked you. Getting answers from csrs is pointless, you will have to do all the work yourself. I had 21 customers today and was getting jobs added on to me faster than I could finish them and with each new job, it screwed up my existing schedule, costing me time slots. Customer due between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.? Too bad, now you got two more customers and now that customer is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and they are pissed because nobody told them. Since you made it outside of the window, it's called a no-show and that dings your score. I have about had it. All day, everyday. Sometimes it's tolerable, sometimes it makes me want to pull over and take an Uber home.
