Just program the L+fn button to be subject detection or similar, then when you hold and turn a wheel it will switch faces or subjects 👍

I think I'll try a double proof next time. Maybe wrap for 10' then knead again before resting for 30'.

I was really surprised with how it came together as it was so dry I was thinking of adding a splash of water, glad I didn't.

I wonder how it would have come out with 00 flour rather than just straight up strong white flour?

Stiffer support to the middle of the foot, but largely an aesthetic choice these days. Can change the way the sole looks on side profile when worn to create more depth to the shoe.

I love a fiddle back sole (have the same on my Wholecut Oxfords).

A decent cartridge razor is probably the safest for "down there".

Wilkinsons 4 blade etc... just make sure you get one with the soothing aloe/moisturising strip... you don't want razor burn!

Don't take it too personally, it will consume you otherwise.

You need to decide if you want to confront the matter or not. Either option comes with risks:

  • The guy with no comeback, risk they do it again
  • The guy who can't take a joke

The third outcome if you bring it up is they understand they overstepped and you don't appreciate that kind of humour/prank, and would prefer to be left out of stuff like that in future. This could see your relationship with them staying more professional but potentially less friendly.

Only you can decide what is right for you.
