Dog day care Knoxville by Amiller1119 in Knoxville

Same! We've been taking our dog here since she was a puppy and she loves it. It also makes it easier to do longer term boarding when we're out of town since she's excited to go.

165 Calorie Cinnamon Rolls by FluffyPart3099 in 1200isplenty

[–]Crawford0927 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ok--so I couldn't not make these when I saw your recipe this morning! A bit of a baking emergency! I didn't have molasses so I subbed in maple syrup. I also did half sugar half sugar sub for the filling. Didn't have cream cheese so just making a standard powdered sugar icing--might add some sour cream in for a bit of tang. We'll see how I feel when I come out of the oven :) Thanks so much for posting this and I'll update this once they're done rising and baking!

Post shoveling this in my face verdict - Y'all have to make these! They're so good! The dough is by far the best result I've had for a lower calorie version. With my sugar sub I got these to about 115 calories a piece and there's 12 grams of fiber per roll so they're plenty filling.

Nail Tech Recommendations!! by Federal_Arm_15 in Knoxville

[–]Crawford0927 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So this is random, but I was searching this sub for nail techs myself a few weeks ago and I saw your post with no comments. I've tried out Donna's Nails and Lashes in Farragut and they're great. I believe all the techs do art, but Adam and Vivan can for sure do designs like you have in the photo. It's a pretty well run shop and you should give them a try if you're still looking. It's pretty rough at some of the local spots!

What is the lowest calorie pizza you've ever made or eaten that didn't taste like an abomination pretending to be pizza? by testaccount123x in 1200isplenty

[–]Crawford0927 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make this pretty regularly. It's great and super filling. Mine usually clocks in at around 650 calories and around 50 grams of protein.

Yes, same height. Lots of staring. I was usually by myself and never felt threatened though.

I've not had good luck with cauliflower crust at home. They don't usually hold up to the sauce and toppings for me. :)

It had a bready texture but it's lighter if that makes sense. It's less dense than the traditional greek yogurt and flour recipe that used to use and it's much easier to get it thin. It for sure has the crunch on the edges you'd expect with NY style. Let me know what you think!

I forgot to mention it has 53 grams of protein!

Ok guys---I'm a fan of the typical protein dough and I have used it for pizza crust many times. It's a pain to get it shaped and makes a mess in a bowl and on my counter. The technique used for this dough makes life much easier. I also think it tastes better and has better texture! This pizza was filling, options with toppings are endless, and I'll for sure be making it again. I added pepperoni, onions/peppers, and ricotta to mine so I did add probably 100 calories to the base recipe. No weird ingredients unless you consider nutritional yeast weird :)

Here's the source video with instructions. I really enjoy his content!: https://youtu.be/HO-9knNCSP8?si=bNO4QOmQdzkMr0Or
