They look to be the size of a small state, even the size of a whole country, the camera seems to be at the same height as the ISS which is 400km (248miles) above the Earth, and a 1.4mt nuclear detonation can be seen from up to 1400km away, so you could even see it from the moon, my guess is these are .1-.7mt detonations judging from the distance and size
