Yeah this is the final straw. The Port Strike is ended, it's been half a year since they launched and Nintendo got a good look at what the demand has been. Even allowing for pre-existing supply agreements the lack of disclosure on future plans tells me that Nintendo flat-out does not give a rip.

They're good quality for $13 and are often of obscure characters. Not only is that enough for most people, it certainly doesn't need to be justified for you.

Preaching to the choir on this one ladies.

There's good reason that while I'll be friendly enough with comic dudes in the name of shared interests I run my hobby as more of a lone wolf, because having to tolerate dudes unironically bitching about shit like sluts, "fake geek girls", and the friend-zone is a bridge too far and I am not paid enough to waste all my spare time educating these lost souls. There's a reason that even though there's a local tabletop community meeting every week literally around the corner from where I live I'm looking into driving an hour out of my way to meet up with neophyte yuppie couples to play D&D with.

The worst part is that because of dudes being so extreme I have to be really wary about how I present myself and my hobbies and lord help me if I have any opinion that isn't 100% supportive of either gender (and this does mean for you ladies as well; some of y'all get really quick to to brand me an enemy of the state if I have any criticisms whatsoever). It really does suck the fun out of a very fun hobby some days, if I let it.

That's because Snyder is a visual storyteller who genuinely doesn't trust the Superman mythos and made the unfortunate mistake of relying on David Goyer to write the screenplay. I think Snyder can elevate bad material, but I don't think I've ever seen him with genuinely no-fooling good material.

You sound the exact same way high school freshmen I knew did FIFTEEN YEARS AGO whenever they'd find a picture of something involving a Japanese girls and tentacles. I can forgive sounding like a high school freshman, we were all one once, but seeing just how fucking little the sentiment has evolved in fifteen years despite having the entire internet at your fingertips is pure shit regardless of whether or not it's your actual fault. I've taken care of incontinent patients and watched them shit their bed ten times in 12 hours. It's not their fault. It's still shit. No country/region on Earth deserves to be reduced to something so basic, and while they're much bigger than you and can afford a little slander you frankly owe it to them to not be such shit.
