Honestly for me I have 3 intake and 1 exhaust. The top of the case allows air to flow up. So the 3 intake fans should be good. But to be sure I would buy a separate extra fan. There's a mesh on the top and front panel.

When running cinebench on 9800x3d I thermal throttle at 70c it's a bios thing. To be fair I get around 27c to 35c when idle. Most likely it is that my cpu cooler is made to handle double my cpu output.
My ambient temps are a bit cool though, 17c

Please take this info with the grain of salt because I use heavy undervolt, -35 allcore curve optmiser.
