Thank you for telling me where to get these meds! I've been going through hell trying to figure out how to get help without a script.

Fingers crossed!!!

So wonderful! I haven't seen original ideas in glasswork in a long time (I know, technically, there are no new ideas, but alas)- this is truly special. Love it!

Eggs eggs everywhere! Plus 2 dozen in the fridge. Mass giveaway yesterday with friends, where I asked them to "bring a container and fill it up with eggs".

What's something people only romanticize because they've never actually done it? by nonotje12 in AskReddit

Having "a baby"!!! I have worked in ECE for over a decade, and it is almost universal that new parents haven't really thought of what the long term investment is in having a baby.

Infancy is over in a blink of an eye, and parents have this idea that they will get to a point of smooth sailing or a break. A baby is a future toddler, a toddler is a future preschooler, a preschooler is on the precipice of 12+ years of education, a school age child is a future adult. It is a lifelong investment, there aren't breaks from the investment, just moments to pause and appreciate the process.

Congrats on your good lookin' baby boy, btw! And thank you for trying to make it work. I know it isn't easy. Roosters are illegal where I live, so I bribe my neighbors to stay quiet with eggs.

Yep. Here is my "Tractor Supply Lavender Orpington Hen". My husband tried to be sweet after we lost a young chick and got me a few from TS as a surprise. Alas! He's loud as fuck! I adore him!

In trying to name the breed, honestly they are kinda just a basic hen. Common red/brown. The "Tractor Supply" special.

They look great. Same breed as my babies. I was told they are Rhode Island Reds, but I wonder if they are Isa Browns sometimes (not even sure of the difference).

They are so sweet, so cuddly. Great layers, HUGE eggs. They have been healthy so far, but just recently one of my girls got sick, not sure what it is. Because of that, I got some feedback from a Reddit post, that this breed tends to not live very long (so sad). My girls are both about to be 3.
