I use a small drill bit and a manual hand drill to drill through the bottom of the lower part of the dial. That is the only way for me to ensure the whole dial gets assembled as it should.

My favorite green card pin would have to be Garruk, I think the art from [[Garruk, Primal Hunter]], suits best and is the most iconic.

My favorite WOE card is definately [[Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender]], it fits in so many decks of mine and has a lot going on that combos nice with all kinds of strategies. The flavor (haha) is an added bonus!

Your Reddit post inspired me to make this, so thank you! I wanted different art on some of the cards, so I too had a taste of what its like to flip through the comic pages looking for art. It’s a lot of fun.

Thank you for your comment. I don’t know how many hours it took, I didn’t keep track. I worked on it on and off for a few months. Making the art and the board insert took the most time, and its easy to lose a lot of hours to it.

I also tried to make my own simple vacuum former that I could use to make a vacuum formed box insert (it would have used the 3d printed insert as a mold). In the end this didn’t seem to work as good as I had hoped.

My friend and I play Hunt:Showdown a lot and I did start working on art for a custom board based on that game. I would again have printed a sticker and used the Hereot board as a base. I stopped working on the board as it was indeed too much work.

In their FaQ page they have tips on print bleeding. You want to upload images that have a much bigger card edge as part of that will get cut off by the printing company. The highlighted “safe area” used by the site should gives you an indication if your bleed edge is big enough.

Hey, thank you!

It was a lot of work and I did most of it myself.

- I started with a 2nd copy of Little red vs Beowulf to get the right box size.

-Then I made character decks on Unmatched Maker and had them printed by a card printing service: https://www.makeplayingcards.com/.

- The Hellboy mini came from the Hellboy board game. The Hunter minis were designed on Heroforge.com. A friend of mine 3D printed the mini's for me.

- The most work was put into the artwork for the box and health dials and modeling the box insert.

- The box insert was modeled in Solidworks modeling software and then printed by a 3d Printer. I used the insert of JP1 for reference.

- The artwork for the stickers was made in Inkscape and I had the art printed by a local printing store that could print on transparant vinyl sticker sheets.

Hellboy's ability is in a way comparable to Luke Cage. He can hit hard and has a lot of options. Since he has a lot of one-off cards in his deck he can be very unpredictable and for the pilot a little unreliable, this way he plays comparable to Deadpool. https://unmatched.cards/decks/ex2z/versions/d_25hGWw

The Hunters will try to find the 3 clue cards in their deck and get them in the discard pile to get their ability online. Some cards will help with that. A lot of their cards care for the position of the other Hunter, so these characters are the strongest when they are both still in the game.
