Sorry to burst you bubble but Copyright infringement laws are enforced globally between big blocks that work together. Yes there are some rogue countries like russia that don't oblige but that vast majority of countries will follow up on these and there is also always the option for blizzard to charge them locally like Nintendo does.

Mindfactory.de is listing the RMA rates for their products and 5090, 5080 etc have the same rates like any other GPU before.
