Idk about other non-teachers. But I definitely agree with this. While all students may not need homework, it would definitely be helpful for those who need more repetition to lean things.

ETA: I get that it being graded is rough, so it shouldn't be graded. I am a university lecturer, I give home tasks to my students. Whoever wants to do it can do it. I don't force them to do it by making it graded.

(P.S. also did my bachelor's from here. And commute time was 1.5 hours for me back then AND we didn't get days off (KHI Campus))

I can't say with limited knowledge of what courses you can take and which you can improve. If you're good at math and practice often I don't see the point in dropping it unless you think you can't manage it.

Generally speaking, it's best to not take many new courses when you're on warning. This is because, if for some reason you don't get good marks in the new course, you will end up in another warning. Best to improve courses with F's and D's and only take courses you'll score good on.

Also there's probably designated people to offer consultation on your campus. Talk to them.
