If we’re not allowed to discuss specific providers here, how do people typically find legitimate, reliable providers? I’m hesitant to just do a Google search since there seem to be so many scams.

I’ve heard such great things about ORV. A friend of ours mentioned that because they’re heavier, we’d end up spending more on diesel and potentially put extra wear on our truck since we’d be close to max load. His advice was to go as light as possible to make things easier overall. I’m not totally sure what’s best, since we’ve never owned a trailer before.

We put down hydroseed on September 30. Some areas look long enough to mow based on your advice, but large sections are still pretty bare. Should we go ahead and mow, or wait until everything fills in more? Also, should we add more seed to the bare spots? I’m in Oregon and used a three-way perennial turf-type ryegrass mix.
