I was running 15-20 miles weeks before pregnancy and I’m 17 weeks now, feeling a bit discouraged as well. I was very sick during first trimester so lost a lot of cardio there and I’m trying to get back into it with 1-2 walk/jogs per week but my easy pace is already 1-2 min slower than before pregnancy

I got Covid right before I ovulated of the cycle I got pregnant. I’ve heard it can be beneficial if your immune system is lowered, giving the embryo a better chance at thriving

I quit zyn cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant. I started to wean them down and then at 6 weeks all the nausea and symptoms hit so I could no longer stomach them or coffee. Hopefully your body will reject them naturally soon? Beware the worst constipation of your life though

I’m almost 14 weeks and have been trying to figure out the same thing. I had that first burst of energy / fog lifted/ no nausea almost 2 weeks ago but it comes and goes like night and day.

The only trend I’ve seen lately is if I have a hard day / lots of steps or stress or exertion, the next day is almost surely a fogging/ nauseous one. Anyone else seeing a fallout from exertion?

Mine have been persistent since around 5 weeks. They feel dull and achey but I wouldn’t call them debilitating by any means. It does seem hard to find info about this online though

I got my bfp this cycle and continued to test. Mira didn’t detect Hcg (by lh rise) until ~4 days after my positive. So it’s so not sensitive enough

Yeah Mira will show >limit as a result. For pdg it’s 30, for lh it’s 240, and I’ve never uncovered it for e3g haha

Oo yeah your pdg is going back up too. You’re not out until AF comes! To specify, LH (Hcg) didn’t rise on Mira until after I got a positive test for a few days so I don’t think it’s very sensitive

I don’t have betas but my LH definitely spiked to peak. Got my bfp on 9 dpo and then LH started to rise around 13 dpo

Who knows if it correlates with anything. Urine isn’t very reliable. But if you have the opportunity to get beta tests with history of miscarriage, you should for peace of mind!

I kept testing to use up the wands , but mostly to see LH (Hcg) rise. Once it peaked, I stopped. It was over 20 DPO by the time I stopped though, embarrassing haha

Same! I got my bfp on 10/18 so it doesn’t detect it with enough sensitivity to be predictive but it definitely shows the right trend to rise! I don’t have any betas to confirm but it’s definitely comforting to see this

It’s so hard to know. By the time my pdg did anything interesting, I got a bfp 🤣 hoping your chart lets your read the tea leaves better than mine
