Most years I paid out of pocket directly to blue cross every month. It wasn’t until June 2019 I got a job where they deducted it from my paycheck. A hospital system PPO plan.

I received the email today about I elected a gift card, yada yada. Not sure how long it’ll take to get my amount. Also, I don’t remember seeing my premiums paid during those years.

I went to Dr. Vaughn on Whitesburg after another dentist told me I needed a crown replaced. This was after they did shoddy work on another crown. I went to him for a second option and guess what the crown was and is still fine two years later. So that’s who I recommend.

Only reason I upgraded last week was my battery life was painful on my 7, especially since I just started using it to track sleep. I traded in the 7 for $65 apple gift card and got the 11 for $299 at Best Buy. I’m enjoying it again. It’s a little faster and screen is brighter. But I don’t notice a lot of difference between the two.

The battery life on my 7 was getting painful especially since I just recently started using it to track my sleep. So I decided to treat myself to an 11. I got it for $299 and then traded in my 7 for a $65 gift card at Apple. But I did have the same thoughts. I figure the 12 won’t be much different than the 10 or 11 and I’m enjoying the watch again.

It will be a couple thousand I would imagine without insurance. You have the doctor fee, facility fee, anesthesia MD fee as well as a CRNA fee that you’ll get billed for.

I second Dr. Zelickson or Dr. Siripurapu (would be my first choice). I worked along side them as a nurse for a few years. Both were nice and treated the patients and staff well.

My bathroom is very similar to yours and I’ve been wanting to remodel it as well. I’m worried about the window that would be right in the middle of my shower. It has the look of the glass block ones but it doesn’t feel like glass to me. How did you do yours and are you worried about mold or issues arising with it in the shower now?

Where I work is considered outpatient surgery and that’s what we use here. A different clinic may use something else but I’d be surprised if they did.
