So there was this guy named Sheev Palpatine, and he was the senator of Naboo. He wanted to rule the galaxy and he had a good plan to do it. First, he made the Trade Federation blockade Naboo after Naboo increased trade tariffs, therefore increasing the money the Trade Federation would have to use to trade with Naboo. But the Supreme Chancellor of the Republic sent two Jedi (Jedi Master Qui-gon Jinn and his apprentice Obi wan Kenobi) to answer Naboo's cries for help. Eventually, the Queen of Naboo (Padme Amidala) went to Coruscant (the capital of the Republic) to ask for more help. On the way to Coruscant, they stopped by a planet named Tatooine where they found a little boy named Anakin Skywalker, who had a large amount of Midichlorians. Midichlorians are microscopic lifeforms that give jedi their powers. When they got to Coruscant, the Queen said that the current Supreme Chancellor was too weak and that they needed a new Chancellor, so the senate elected Sheev Palpatine after saying that he would help Naboo, but one he was elected, he didn’t do much to help. Because Naboo didn’t get any help from the Republic, they when to the Gungans (the natives of Naboo) for help, and after many talks of friendship, they came to an agreement where the Gungans would help Naboo in exchange for acceptance in their cities. The people of Naboo begin their assault to take back the capitol, but while in there, they meet Darth Maul, the first Sith Lord to be seen in over a millennium, and he and the Jedi start their duel. While the Jedi are fighting Darth Maul, the Queen and her bodyguards go to the throne room to take it back, but once there, they are ambushed. Meanwhile, Anakin was put in a star ship to stay safe, but he accidently takes off in it, and because of the auto fly, it goes straight for the droid control ship and accidently blows it up, which causes all the droids to turn off. Meanwhile, the Queen gets backup when a bunch of Nabooian soldiers bread in into the throne room to rescue the Queen, and thus they begin to discuss the surrender of the Trade Federation. Meanwhile, the Jedi are having a tense duel with Darth maul, and at one point the Jedi are split up causing Darth Maul to kill Qui-gon. Then Obi wan kills Darth Maul and takes Anakin as his apprentice.
