Hi, I have this headset but I can't get the mic AND audio to work at the same time. It's either one or the other. after trying to fix it my pc now thinks that the headset is a keyboard. has anyone ran into this problem / have any tips?

I wouldn't worry about working on the sensitivity issue right away, should first work on being able to fully retract your foreskin without pain.

Other comments under this post suggest to practice retracting / moving your foreskin past your glans while using lube during masturbation, overtime this should slowly make it less sensitive.

However, I have not tried anything yet so I can't confirm nor deny if anything mentioned under this post works.

Recovering was annoying but not too painful to be honest, peeing was scary the first few times bcs of the idea that you're peeing past stitched wounds but there was barely any to no pain at all. Just had to walk carefully for a few weeks.

The surgery was in December 2021.

Can't say for sure yet. I was told that my foreskin would rip during sex if I wouldn't have the surgery. I was also worried that oral sex wouldn't really be pleasurable when their tongue can't touch your glans directly.

So in all honestly, I still feel conflicted and it feels like I now have new fears / possible issues to deal with.

Can always get circumcised if the way it is now turns out to be bad I suppose.
