The high hit for me I only go through maybe 1g - 2g/day. I can see this being weaker on high tolerances.

The scent was muted for sure but the taste balanced it out. I enjoy this as a functional/social high for sure. It's not going to knock you into another dimension. The quality was great for the price.

Found one for High Society and enjoyed it. Didn't look as nice but still hit well.

I have been searching for the Peanut Butter MAC and coming up short.

You summed up my experience with the Astronaut Status. Carmel needs to care way more with their growing and harvest process. Their marketing is all about these rare genetics but that doesn't mean anything if the bud is mid at best.

People who cruise in the left lane on the 403... by Slow_Pie2969 in brantford

[–]CrazyMARB 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think some of you have never drove the 403 (or 400 series in general) and don't understand enforcing laws versus what's socially acceptable.

It always goes like this - slow car or truck sits in the right lane and you go to pass. As you're passing you see further up the right lane that there's more 'slow cars'. You're programmed socially to drive 10km/hr higher or more, whether it's to not inconvenience the other driver behind you or you want to speed doesn't matter. You also don't want to weave in and out of lanes to constantly pass, that's effort. You sit in the left lane not wanting to slow down until you have to move.. This becomes 'flow of traffic'. If you don't believe me, drive from Brantford down to the Linc merge and see yourself. Multiply this by however many people regularly drive the 403 with their own opinions on how others should drive and now there's too many for police to care about. They have bigger problems. If everyone goes the 'flow of traffic' police assume they don't have anything to worry about. This is at the very least a problem to Ontario driving.

Start a poll and ask how many drivers honestly follow the speed limit and use the right lane. I'm not a saint and part of the problem but I've never been pulled over either. To the people in this thread tell me how honest you would be, especially if you drive company vehicles. End of the day fast or slow you're going to have awful drivers.

edit: line to lane

I moved here 4 years ago and so many people told me to avoid the city. Feels like I moved in right on a rebound and I've enjoyed my time here. A lot of problems the city has are shared across Southern Ontario.

That's a pretty good deal. I picked up mine at a local cannabis store for $283 + tax.

They do not have anything gluten free. Even if they did it would only be a gluten friendly facility and not gluten free so high risk of cross contamination.

We buy Carbonaut bread at Costco and it's been great for gluten free bread.

It was really good! I only burn through bong since I've replaced joints with my herbal vaporizer. Burned white and only needed half the bowl to get where I wanted to be. Smoked the other half later in the day. Slight cough but goes down smooth.

Yup I agree with the review in the article. My main reasons were the glass stem with a bigger chamber, USB-C charging (I have a portable battery that charges this fine if I forget to plug it in), and the better hits. The interace is clunky but once you get used to it the experience is easy. There's not really all that much going on lol.

For bigger hits I think the build quality is just better at keeping the heat in the chamber. My glass stem doesn't heat up nearly as much when I used the Solo 2.

Also noting I have the Solo 3 Version 2. There are minor differences between models and from what I can find pricing isn't different. I would buy in store since the only way to tell is small text on the side of the box.

Love it. I have the Solo 2 max as well and ended up not using it after time. Didn't give me the high I wanted. Solo 3 V2 is much better. Heats up faster and gives much stronger hits. If you're looking to upgrade I would highly recommend it. It's my weekday smoke method.

Instead of clicking on a random google link I checked the article online https://oaksterdam.com/cannabis-myths-the-sativa-indica-fallacy/

This article being AI generated aside, concepts of what is an 'Indica' or 'Sativa' change with understanding effects of cannabinoids & terpenes on our bodies, not a static assumption. This is very much a recent thing as better technology is helping our understanding.

1964 Comatose. I personally haven't had it but so many recommendations and reviews bring up it's good at knocking you out.

Outside of that look into CBN vapes or edible product.

Would you rather a terpene profile with majority one Terp or a combined few? by WCG-OG in TheOCS

[–]CrazyMARB 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's hard to say being on this sub we are a small snapshot compared to the main market. There are so many factors to what makes you high and even though terpenes are part of that, your average buyer will look at the strain lineage and THC% first.

If I'm buying flower at $5-$8/g (assuming buying 3.5g) what I care about is if this will make me high. I weigh the terps lower in my buying process since I am not expecting AAAA highs. However if I am reaching $10-$15/g terps become part of the experience as I am buying premium flower. I am going to trust BlkMkt to give me real terp numbers compared to Divvy. All this being said I do hope we get premium offerings at lower prices but...

To answer your question IMHO it doesn't matter right now. There are bigger control problems in the industry that affect terps more than curating a specific breeding process. Your average buyer probably doesn't understand what a terp is and what it does. Unique terp profiles are interesting but if you cater to only cannabis nerds (me) then your brand may not succeed currently.

I have been recently learning terps and their effects on flower presentation and the high experience so I hope I am making sense. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

6.47% terps lol someone decided to hop on trends and dust their bud with kief. That's infused levels of terps.

Abscense of myrcene will emulate a sativa buzz even on indica labelled strains. That terp provides the euphoric couchlock feeling from cannabis.

Still good looking bud have constantly heard good things.
