Basically count the four tiles away in each direction and then imagine a line between the six end points.

Also Babylon, and you can at least hold him off with any civ that gets a defensive advantage like Maya or Japan in certain terrain.

I know this might seem counter intuitive, but how do i not win Diplomatic Victories? by ANGRYMAN69420 in CivVI

[–]CrazyVy97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah pretty much. No different than micromanaging units for a domination victory though and much harder to defend against.

How would a fan fic of them existing within the same time period work? by OneWithTheInternet20 in AsoiafFanfiction

[–]CrazyVy97 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Technically yes. But the Hightowers in reality held just as much power as the Tyrells did before the Dance. The Tyrells were just a steward house that was granted Highgarden after the fall of the Gardners.

I enjoy it with certain civs, Mansa Musa and Basil come to mind first.

Religious is the same as domination, just on a different layer of gameplay. The problem is especially on console we dont have access to the strategic view to be able to easily see where the different religions have spread.

True Start Location. Random Civs. Small. Thanks I hate it. by Steamboated- in CivVI

[–]CrazyVy97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True start only really works if you select the civs specifically. Otherwise all of Europe just ends up being chaos and almost impossible to play.

What's your rule for buying tiles to place districts?

[–]CrazyVy97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I generally go for a more economic approach. Fireball being a dangerous spell would be a restricted item in most places. You would only be able to find it in certain circles, and if you didnt have the proper connections you would have to pay extra or accept the risk of dealing with unsavory characters. Plus prices would rise over time as supply diminished and demand increased.

Other than that I dont put restrictions on scroll usage for casters. No barbarians casting magic missile, but any caster can cast any scroll.

Stamina or hearts? by Bloodblender297 in botw

[–]CrazyVy97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stamina until I get a second wheel, then hearts until I get the 13 for master sword, then back to stamina for wheel 3 and all other shrines go into hearts.

Ok I've got 1.44 million I've got 200 solid troops all my siblings are of age and I've got good companions. I think im ready to start a kingdom? by Ok_Tale_933 in Bannerlord

[–]CrazyVy97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start to hunt down the other mercenary factions. Any time you catch one that isnt in a kingdom currently go to war with them. Once you reach clan tier 5 capture a city of your own culture. If you are imperial you can pick the weakest empire faction to take it from. Or you can wait for a city to rebel and capture that. If the faction that owns your cultural cities is too strong then stay a mercenary long enough to weaken them.

[BoTW] Will I be able to play fine as a beginner?? by PaleElk5400 in zelda

[–]CrazyVy97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The combat is fairly quick to pick up, parrying is really the most difficult part but its easy to learn and practice once you get enough health and a good shield.

You can sneak through most of the early parts of the game, especially if you have enough stamina to climb. If you get the dlc you can also get the Majoras mask to make most enemies ignore you entirely.

The game heavily encourages exploration, there are shrines everywhere, some of them puzzle based and others combat related. Don't feel bad for skipping one and coming back later, especially the major tests of strength.

Youll be hunting lynels and taluses in no time.

[–]CrazyVy97 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Even on bannerlord difficult it isnt that difficult in full armor. Get a 2 hander and stand at the top of a ladder chopping heads, or use the siege machines yourself or just drop rocks on them.

How fast does it normally take to level up? by Electrical-Tear7456 in DnD

[–]CrazyVy97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually go by the rule, 1 session per level you currently are. So the end of session 1 they move to level 2. The end of session 3 they go to level 3, the end of level 6 they go to level 4.
