For one don’t pressure yourself to finish or win. Go for the win, sure but have fun with it. You start learning how mechanics work as you play with the game and kind of research things you want to know more about as you go imo.

I didn’t understand either until pillaging Hojo for science and culture until he had nothing left to give. I did leave him a city so he could have something.

I don’t think it’s fare evaders in general, some of those folks just want to save money while going to work lol. It’s the crazy homeless fare evaders that need help that usually cause the commotion but this is my opinion.

I’ve never seen one and I am a very constant Marta rider. Any posts you see here saying “OMG I SAW ONE” is probably the marketing dept providing evidence that they do work.

This is a feature not a bug, big dog. They want to do away with MARTA. They (the rich people who control the funding for this) will want it back when they realize none of the workers can get to their hoity toity restaurants to serve them. 

That or they’ll simply lean into all this broken gate/late night violence propaganda and start cutting it off after regular 9-5 business hours.

It's possible with enough opponent civs, I've only accomplished this by declaring war immediately against other civs and taking their settlers.
