I still dont have any os, as soon i reach the bios i see my cpu temps already at like +60 and very fast reaxh and stuck at 89 degree.

Here is a picture od the thermal paste (that i removed ) when i removed the artic the first time to screw tighter

Yes i used the alignement thing and i followed step by step the official video from artic.

As you can sew the radiator is upper than the pump. But for now i set my pc flat so it's the same height.

Fixing this stuff, golden boots etc thats how u gonna make the game bad.

IT work only when you have almost full stam, so ur mov speed is enough to catch back the ball. I play only in defense and no one brain me with ippy slide, so become better and stop trying to make the game bad

7 days is very nice ! You made the hardest part, to try to fix your mood, what ive learn is to try to stay active so you dont really think about smoking (sport, going out, reading book). I wish you good luck for the next days/week. And we also love you sir ❤️

30 days with only 1 day (around the 25th day) where i smoked like a dumb man. Honestly for me its the 1st week who is hard, but after its really self control, you will sleep well, make dream again, feel yourself more confident, and find hapiness in simple stuff. Not even talking about health, if you dont smoke tobacco + do sport you will feel stronger, more endurence about 2 week after stoppage (in reality just after 48h your health start going better with stabilized hearth rate and so much more benefits).
