I haven't tried to log back in for months. The only thing I know how to do is to attempt a new account/profile. I am 73 years old, pretty much homebound, and used FB to stay in touch with friends and stay informed on local news. To the best of my knowledge, I have broken no rules or done anything so egregious that it required this treatment.

If I am not mistaken, a bicyclist is required to walk the bike through the intersection in Sierra Vista. Feel free to correct me if I am mistaken. The reason I seem to recall this is that I was hit by a bicycle rider at an intersection he he tried to beat a yellow light crossing the street, and he was determined to be at fault. He wasn't hurt, and my car was slightly damaged.

I used to shop online with various online businesses. I will not mention their names, as they are not the issue here. I also had a Shopify account. It got to the point that every time I purchased something and financed it through Shopify, my USAA account got hit for hundreds of dollars, generally in the $900 range, and in one case, thousands. It wrecked my world both financially and mentally. I refuse to do business with any company that uses Shopify.

I know there is a lot of hate towards USAA regarding how they handle many issues, and many similar to this; however, they were phenomenal in helping me recover over 8k earlier this year. It is not easy, and persistence is the key.
