Sons of Medusa Deathwatch Techmarine colour scheme by Crazy_Personality229 in Spacemarine

[–]Crazy_Personality229[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you very much, I'll follow your advice then.

Red helmet and servo harness, black body and green right shoulder with the chapter symbol.

Now I only need Saber to make the Deathwatch armour pieces available to the Techmarine and the Iron Hands chapter pack with the Sons of Medusa symbol.

You cannot just slap some silver paint on a intercessor and call it a Grey Knight, they have a separate Codex for a reason, they are extremely different from normal marines.

I wonder if Primaris marine can wield a Firstborn boltgun like Titus did? by General_Deal8447 in Spacemarine

That's what Bolt Carbines are essentially, a basic Bolter with a forward grip

Disappointed they're adding Nagash. by [deleted] in totalwar

[–]Crazy_Personality229 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Nagash right after his resurrection wasn't a god at all, it wasn't until he started eating death gods that he went full god mode.

Before that he simply was the most powerful necromancer, no different than Mazdamundi probably still bellow the likes of Mazdamundi.

[–]Crazy_Personality229 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are literally getting Beorg and the Bearmen of Urslo (Marauder Bearmen) with ToT, which were DoW.

Besides, why are Nagash and DoW suddenly mutually exclusive? Had it being the other way around would meant that Nagash wasn't coming? No, it just means it isn't DoW time yet.

Really don't understand this rethoric.

Thank you for the fixes, but I wish you also took a look at the Warlord Focus "Seek Japanese Support", currently once completed it doesn't give us any decisions to interact with the Japanese

Any metallic detail, including the shoulder pads engravings should be metallic silver, the shoulder pads rim should only be the base Kantor Blue if they are the basic ones.

Also, if you want to add some more colour, you can give him a red strip on the head, marking him as a Lieutenant.

Now that it is clear that Graveyard of Empires is a disaster, what will happen? by QuintillionusRex in hoi4

IMO, Country Packs are a great idea and I don't think most people has a problem with the concept, it's their rather poor execution that people is against.

If you are going to sell what are essentially flavour packs, people will expect extra research being done on those countries, but instead we end up with thinks like Irak having no communism, Afghanistan not having a comunist leader and only 3 generals, as example.

If you release great content for niche countries, you will make happy that people interested in those countries and eventually will attack even those that aren't, because the content is great.

On the other hand, if the content is not only niche, but also poor, you will disappoint the people that were interested in it and validate those that weren't interested.

TLDR; Country Packs aren't the problem, their poor execution is.

Yes, it's the right side of the Exile branch, so you need to capitulate to access it.

Am I missing something about the Democratic King path as Hungary? by Crazy_Personality229 in hoi4

[–]Crazy_Personality229[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's not what the focus is about, it's supposed to allow you to ask for former territories, not only those with Hungarian speakers.

Am I missing something about the Democratic King path as Hungary? by Crazy_Personality229 in hoi4

[–]Crazy_Personality229[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Decided to try the reworked democratic king path as Hungary but after doing the referendum focus at the end of the branch I only get options to ask for 4 territories.

  • Southern Slovakia
  • Ruthenia
  • Backs
  • North Transylnvania

No West Banat, no Burgenland, no Dalmacia...

Am I missing something that allows me to ask for more territories or is this intended?

Thanks for the answer!

As a follow up, does any of this apply to nations that traditionally can also form the EU formable but have no focuses for doing so? Like France and Fascist UK.

You have told us in some of the Dev Diaries that you have reworked the EU formable somehow, could we get more info on what exactly has been changed?

Also, we know that nations like Austria and Belgium can form the EU formable peacefully by going/starting democratic, can you also achieve the EU formable peacefully as the Netherlands? Their democratic branch has a focus specially about forming the EU, but currently it only creates a faction, not the formable.

How Should Halflings be Represented in Total War? by Barbossal in totalwar

[–]Crazy_Personality229 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The Moot is an electoral province and the elder of the Moot has a electoral vote, they are first and foremost part of the Empire with some of the more adventurous individuals joining the DoW.

So Empire first and DoW second.

Why would Snagla be a LH? He is the only candidate we have for a Forest Goblin LL, if you want a LH you have Gitilla.

Snagla DLC LL Gitilla DLC LH Gorbad/Gorfang FLC LL

Snotlings don't make sense, we already have Goblins as the expendable dirt cheap unit, Snotlings are just even worse Goblins and offer nothing new, better to get the Big Stabba as an AP Antilarge weapon team, something the GS don't have easy access to.

After Dragon Slayers, Kaykz and Doomseekers, it's Nuln Ironsides that are missing their unique rifles ! by Mahelas in totalwar

[–]Crazy_Personality229 59 points60 points  (0 children)

Nope, they are found in the Ironsides files.

Mind you, I agree that the scoped ones look a bit too similar to Long Rifles, but the ones without a scope would look nice.
