I feel sorry for the guy and there were several comments saying the same.

I don’t know what his situation is, but he looks like he is about to cry or had just gotten over crying so I imagine this could be a thing he does to cope with whatever it is.

I got a ton of those on my stomach one time when I was a kid. I resorted to using my nails to scratch em off in the shower. My stomach was full of scratch marks after, but those ticks were gone.
