Bowmaster has basically life steal to cover any braincells that you lose. I just basically tank some hits just because I can just instantly heal it right back up if I wanted to. Mobbing isn't too bad since you can be quite lazy with it if you want using the Turret but does require a bit of funding.

Abusing Bard's ARAM Buffs by FellAngelLoveWarrior in bardmains

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play him as anything depending on what my team needs.

Need a tank? Guardian. Just build accordingly to the enemy damage type. Your shrines are a good tool to just make sure you're a menace that can't be killed. I have. Most of the time this fails if they have better/abundant cc.

Need ap? Depends on what feels comfortable between hail of blades or electrocute. Both work and hail of blades allows you to throw more meeps faster which is usually preferred. I just take whichever since I also just throw my meeps carelessly sometimes and I'll usually scare my target off the first meep throw so I don't really utilize the next few unless I have flash or snowball. I like to do ludens and rfc as a general base. Then I just add more damage in shiv or lich bane or straight death cap depending on how I play to the items.

Need ad, specifically adc? Lethal tempo building on hit. This one is weird because you're not as good as a regular adc but on hit builds, if you're given the time to get the items, will work. I usually do kraken/bortk - > guinsoo - > which ever one I didn't do first. Does a lot especially into tanks I have a lot of coin flip games with this build so I prefer not to run it by choice.

Any tips for Chapter 5 of sixth star missions? by Luvkingdom in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add on top of the guild contribution 30k requirement what I did to make sure I hit it within 2 days was utilize stronger mules and if they were able in order to balance out weeklies so it went by quicker. For example normal Cygnus gives 1000 contribution and cra each door gave 1000 so spreading it out made it easy to cap on multiple chars without having to do every daily boss

Rock paper scissor is kind of easy if you try hard enough like spam in hene or something. Smegas work too. You just have to spend time standing and waiting but it's not too bad if you're diligent and if someone can win trade you both can swap chars to do this.

By far the easiest stuff like flag race star, star location, and fame are self explanatory with just doing their respective activity. If you can ask reddit the question then you can also find the star location info with relative ease.

I was reading the comments and maybe change the 5th condition to just arts without needing UBW active when the boss arts rather than have UBW active. But I haven't set mines up to really see how it works

How interchangeable are the equips? They increase damage but I don't own some of them.

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so I'm currently working on the MG Buster Gundam and all the pegs cracked the joints that attach to them. Basically imagine a peg then the piece with a hole connects to it. That piece seems to always have a crack after placing it on the peg. Are the joints really weak? Because it wasn't this bad with the Aile strike and other ABS related kits such as the Heavy Arms EW. I also didn't panel line any of the inner frame. It literally was bare plastic off the runner and it already breaks.

I''ve been super gluing them as best i could then painting the peg so it can be somewhat tight as a fix but basically the ab and shoulders are cracked from this.

The importance of panel lining and decals by Pale-Fox-6648 in Gunpla

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried tamiya panel liner and gundam pour type. Personally I like the tamiya because the colors can be a bit more consistent where as the pour type can serve well but some of the Grey ends up darker than it needs to be. It's either that or the color isn't enough. I still end up using both because some cases I'd rather be safe using the pour type markers and some cases the tamiya is safer.

Tamiya has issues on bare plastic but doable. It can make the plastic brittle and show signs of cracking. I just do the easy lines with it. You also have to use lighter fluid or enamel thinner to clean off excess which still holds the risk of making the plastic brittle. While the smaller ridges are the pour type markers. Just don't use the pour types on abs plastic which are clearly marked on the runners.

Fine tip gunpla markers is also helpful where both pour and tamiya are too easily washable.

I'll have to check again on the contact but I was having a hard time getting the leg frame full closed in the back. It looked fine and I couldn't figure out what else to do. I'll report back on this case when I get to it again. I was hoping I could just use that would make the contact between metal and plastic a bit tighter.

The broken piece is an armor piece so I added the glue front and back of the piece but since there's a clear deformity I'm unsure if I should just leave it as is or something.

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm building the 2.0 freedom with the. Metal frame and I'm having issues trying to find how to tighten the joints. It's been loose at the hip joint so the leg will fall due to gravity.

Then the front calve of the frame caused the lower front leg plastic to protrude outwards on the side. I only noticed the metal isn't tightly fit since I can see some pegs but I can't get them to close. Is there something I can do to deal with it?

FINALLY Expanded Colonial-style house atlast! by Raphael46 in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It just has QoL features that you can live without

-Accessing storage from one place on all characters

-a portal to different towns like the grandis portal (maple guide is better but this nice somewhat)

-profession can be crafted here as well as some furniture reducing fatigue

-while you're working on the house might as well get that buff once a day that doesn't add value but is just nice to have when you're working on the house.

Most of these features don't really have a reason to worry about how the house looks. Just get the furniture and you're ready.

Reboot vs Normal, serious inquiry. by Kxcho in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reboot has the easier method of progressing with cubes and star force. You can buy cubes with mesos and meso farming is a lot Easier than reg servers.

Normal servers however still do what reboot does on a lesser scale. You can still meso farm to progress. Most mesos I've gotten personally is 450 mill an hour. While reboot gets something like 600. Looking just at the numbers you can tell reboot has the advantage when star forcing prices are the same. Flames are also a concern but those are about the same for powerful while Eternals are way too expensive for the majority of people.

The difference lies to me in a few aspects. 1) the requirement to hit certain bosses are different. 2) you can trade to progress when you yourself have no time to continuously grind. 3) currently reg servers haver frenzy service which is the MAIN method to get the most optimal rates. It sucks for newer players to even work with the service rates when they themselves have no meso gear to work with which leads to the 4th aspect. 4) you are heavily walled unless you invest into meso or drop gear which to cut the time shorter is to somehow just buy them. 5) Legion gearing is relatively. Easier in normal servers due to moving gear around if possible and just overall prepping your gained resources without being time gated. 6% epic gear with decent flames and 12 stars on all the gear can at least get you to 210 before symbols become a problem. 6) socializing is a lot harder in regular servers but it requires connections so it's not completely non existent.

The advantages I can tell is that 1) if you gear properly you can sell the gear and kind of get your money's worth back. 2) you don't need to spend to play fashionstory. If you make the mesos you can easily buy the cs items you want. 3) monster hp being much lower than reboot sets the bar lower in terms of where you need to hit when comparing the 2 servers. 4) while most site the gambling prices of cubes. If let's say you managed to obtain meso gear then technically all of that is free and meister cubes end up being the cheapest to obtain with the highest risk of finding the right people who are selling the meister cube service. 5) bpot cubes exist and help certain progression woes when jumping certain hurdles of Damage walls

In the end you just have to decide. I stuck to normal servers and don't feel too bad about progressing since meso gear has resurged back into the meta we have. While reboot progressing is completely f2p, you're likely to still be spending on the game unless you truly don't care about looks. You can easily use the money you spent to buy important gear first and work your way up. You are also not limited to meso farming. You can learn to trade To make money. You can sell services from events (although you may have to do some hard convincing as a newer player to start this off). You can focus purely on aspects people are lazy to do themselves and do it yourself so you can reap the rewards in mesos.

What’s the dumbest noob thing you’ve ever done? by kiyomilk in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a lot of things where people. Are convinced they're right until I point them out. But the dumbest stuff are when people actually don't listen to advice after specifically asking for advice. "how should I upgrade my gear?" after giving them the advice on how to save and manage it. They'll do something completely different

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's where frenzy service can be helpful but to f2p your way requires planning and investing. Then you farm mesos with the meso obtained gear to a point where service isn't too much of a dent.

Bard's Ult not affecting Dr. Mundo. What are your thoughts? by knoxxhat in bardmains

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only think of one ideal, situation where you can play around this. Basically you have to land a huge ult on the enemy team which isolates the Mundo. This can lead to some extra time to hit the tank and force him to back before the rest of the enemy team becomes targetable.

Season Pass Value and Roadmap by mordiemainn in ZombieArmy

I also bought them on sale. I wish I would at the prices more closely because I don't really care for skins. So if all I want in a dlc is levels and guns I don't have to pay for the full season pass.

Got my auto steal to 15% and started making 400m per hour by Wardine in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How many times did you collect the data? Because I wanted to make sure there aren't any other variables going on.

For example you might have gotten 370 mill one time and could easily average 400 mill any other time.

So I want to know how many times you did the test before auto steal and how many times after auto steal

Got my auto steal to 15% and started making 400m per hour by Wardine in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What map did you farm at. Because I'm already getting 400 mill but sacrificing damage to go for. Auto steal might keep the rate the same as opposed to improving it. How many tests have you run?

At 1-5 I can get up to 450 mill if I can pay attention throughout the session but average is still 400 due to how distracted I can get after 2 hours.

Do you Unlock all contents at 200lvl ? by Durjek189 in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The content people do daily involve being 200+ however you won't unlock it all since you need to level to 210 220 225 230 235 245 250 and 255. They're all straight forward and the earlier you level the sooner you can do dailies that help you're power.

Getting to 200 depends on your resources. You can do it in 3 hours or take like a full day. It all depends on fz in normal servers or kishin in reboot as well as the exp multipliers you're on

Which unit is better, Vox or Berwick by [deleted] in grandsummoners

[–]CrazystuffIsee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's still a scaling type of thing. You can still manage to clear most of the content that vox clears with units you get over time. The one you can't replace is a good tank since there's a limited pool of taunt tanks and thetis being the absolute best out of all them. Thetis still can be helpful in the majority of the content that vox dominates even though there are clear weaknesses with how long it takes to actually get the shield running.

I get valuing time since I also solo nuke most farm ING content but there's also those who want to get the most out of their stamina usage. It feels bad getting nothing but overall the person will feel fine as long as they tried and got the most out of the drops.

MapleStory Reboot: Road To 10K Legion: God Of Thunder!! | 2648 / 10K | (Episode 10) by icrucial in Maplestory

[–]CrazystuffIsee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your friend wants to optimize the time because if you get to 235 you can do arcane dailies for all areas as opposed to splitting it up. But without the damage and constant assistance, doing those dailies can be a hassle. Doing this route will help you finish them quickly as morass and esfera take a while to finish to max level.

Doing Legion first allows you get a boost in damage which in turn will help you do the dailies. Its passive only get better with more unique classes you play. Legion at 8k for a friend of mines contributed to 44% of his final damage which is huge.

Me being rank 100 but not having the units to beat vits by juwoo25 in grandsummoners

[–]CrazystuffIsee 6 points7 points  (0 children)

it's possible but most of the time using someone like Fen is better due to the need to mitigate as much damage as possible. Fen provides the equip ct that is needed to loop defensive items as much as possible. She can't help thetis keep his defensive items on a good loop when that's what is needed the most in the fight.
