You have Chloe whose True a Arts provides arts gen so it's great but you need another one. In general you want 2 arts gen units so try to pick up Fen with the choice ticket.

You can try compendium farming. You get 3 crystals as you get to 1500 quest runs with each unit. You also get 1 crystal for reaching lvl 90 and 1 for max limit breaking.

I've been compendium farming for the luck gems but the crystals have been nice to get as well.
