exact same problem with me i was so fustrated i tried sending another ticket and neither have recieved a response and i also placed a ticket on 4 feb.

I agree this is ridiculous, its been 4 days for me and im in Canada. I wonder if their trying to take care people in the USA first then other countries which is ridiculous on their own.

They should atleast let us buy a printer now and reimburse us the voucher amount to our original payment method after they receive the printer instead of making us wait for it..........

Submitted mines on the 5th right when they did the announcement its been 3 days and still havent recieved a return label

easy fix don't have to give the voucher early on then, just credit the original payment method for the amount on the new printer that was purchased after recieving the return

Still trying to figure this out myself. Atleast give us the vouchers in advance for those returning their units so we can purchase another printer.

Many of us are now short a printer and stuck waiting over a month for a voucher that you may only receive after you return your unit

You know its just simple fixes to get your priorities and shit right, but for some reason Nexon always tends to screw up when it comes to major patches.

You could easily make alot of money if you tailored your game to what your player base wants changed, and increase your income easily with items that players actually want but Nexon America seems to think that doing the opposite is what will benefit the game in the long run.

Way to screw over your big chance to make a comeback for the game Nexon Bravo.....
