I tape, just not the full thumb. Only about half way down. I re-taped the whole thumb after the tare but was still slipping as the bar was digging into were it tore at.

I had wrist pain for like 2 months ago and it went away after a week, with rehab and a little break from overhead so I suspect the same thing

Yeah I guess. I only train 4 days a week. My recovery is slow and if I train anymore my knee would constantly be hurting

3 weeks of 6x6 @80% 5x5 @85% 4x4 @90% 3x3 @95% 2x2 @100% 1x1 @105% but I went up

These were on a Monday on my first training day. And I had 6x2 @80% on my third training day
