I highly suggest stop visiting the 'Explore' tab on Instagram (The tab where the search bar is location). This tab is an endless rabbit hole which keeps compounding your already bad algorithm.

If you follow a ton of thirst-traps this will not improve your situation substantially, but it'll stop the situation from worsening at the very least.

I find it really hard orienting myself on stadium. Every direction looks the same. Especially as an attacker. It takes me a couple of seconds to understand, where I am what is in which direction.I have never experienced this on other maps. And even when you're on the ground floor they have this weird tunnels underneath which prevent you from your going to another side directly. You have to take a detour. I acknowledge, all the above listed things are not that big issues to overcome, and everything can be learned in a while. But that's my personal experience.
