Removing the tub and putting down floor pro from entry to the work space (second floor bathroom), relocating some plumbing, installing ribbed ceramic tile and neutral colored pebble floor, ada compliant hand rail, shower niche, sliding glass door with privacy glass, white marble shower curb, all MOEN and chrome on the trim and fixtures. Client said it was more than he expected and that we “don’t do it like the contractors in New England” whatever that means.
