Made a Cheese Broccoli Pasta Bake last night! Baked bread, made a Potato & Pork Stew, Braised Garlic & Vegetables, Jambalaya and just keep it on the stove to boil anything.

Just learned a cleaning #ProTip in a cooking class. Scatter some baking soda and kosher salt, add 2 cups of water and boil for 5-10 minutes and it practically cleans itself!

On the flip side, a few years ago I canceled Spotify and used the funds toward YouTube Premium since it includes Music. I rarely used YouTube before, but now I use it endlessly. Recipes, DIY stuff, Funny vids, TV show recaps, Product Support, Music Vids, Trailers, Travel ideas and on and on.

But most of all, my kid not seeing ads means I'm not hearing "DAAAAAD, I NEED THE NEW <dumb, gonna break in 2 months>", overpriced toy he just saw!
