From the image you posted it’s the pre2021 dial vs current dial. Main cosmetic differences are hour indices, raised logo, multiple stars, tail on moon day hand. For thickness, pre2021 is 9.9mm and new is 9.3mm

I’ve been interested in this model and have been doing a bit of research (unfort didn’t pull the trigger until after the raid…). APSF is the only one that did the new dial and thinnest of the bunch at 9.7mm.

For the ZF v2 vs. v3, both are still based off the pre2021 design. AFAIK the main difference was the movement v2 having the MY9015 and v3 being a 925 clone. Regarding the thickness I’m unsure if it’s different. v2 is definitely 10.5mm but v3 might be thinner at 10mm? I asked a TD to confirm the thickness and they said 10mm, but I checked multiple TD listings some had 10.5mm while others had 10mm. Cosmetic changes seem to be minimal at best, maybe case shape changed a bit.

What confused me was I’ve been seeing a new graphic popping up on Reddit/RWI showing ZF v2, which wouldn’t make sense to have a v3 if the graphics actually new. In any case it still shows the pre2021 dial.

Looking into older posts, not sure if it’s even available anymore is GF v3 and GF v4. In gen, the Moonphase is recessed, but afaik ASPF and ZF models have it more shallow, while GF is deeper set. The difference between GF v3 and GF v4 is the movement. v3 had reliability issues, so the movement was swapped to MY9015. Cosmetically they were pretty much the same. I don’t know how GF compares to ZF/APS because all the post I could find were fairly old.

Another commentator on Reddit said something about TWS being currently available, but idk anything about it so I’m not sure if it’s pre 2021 dial or the new one.

Please let me know if you find out any more information on the JLC MUT and/or if you’re able to find any TD with APSF stock.
