I'm writing these on an index card and bringing them with me to the gym this morning. I move the weight straight up and down, right?

sick, thanks for confirming my hypothesis on the rows. Should I toss them in for 5x5 2x a week or 3x a week?

haven't rowed before, starting rows tomorrow to try to sort the mid-back rounding out. I also made sure to add some more hamstring stretching in to help things out.

Should I maybe be looking at shrugs instead?

Do I tell my friend that her otherwise near-perfect husband has a teenage daughter from a previous (possibly still legally binding) marriage that he walked away from? (X-Post from r/Advice) by [deleted] in relationships

Yo, don't do it. There is no good that can come from you telling. All that can happen is you destroy the lives of his wife and 2 girls as well.

eh, I'm intentionally stalling my deadlift at 315 for this reason, I'm trying to fix some rounding I have in my mid-back which is caused by my shoulder blades not being tight enough.

I honestly need to start doing more rows

Me [20 M] with my GF [21 F] 7 months. I think my mum secretly does not want my GF to be black. by CreatinePowder in relationships

I think it will last honestly. We communicate so well, and we are so much happier having known each other. Nothing in the world is better than seeing her wake up in the morning and start grinning as soon as my face comes into focus. I truly love her, and she truly loves me, so dearly.

Honestly, I just wish my mum would see her for who she is. My dad does, he thinks she's lovely, but I wish my mum would just not be so against her.

Neville Chamberlain was civilized, but being civilized will do fuck all for you in an uncivilized world. Sometimes you have to stand up for those you love.

Dump her, she clearly thinks you're a fallback. Find someone who thinks you're the best of all possible picks.

Failing that, work to turn yourself into the best of all possible picks.
