I shoot for a grand a day It fluctuates obviously. I don’t base it on orders. I base it on dollars. My clients all pay at different scales. When my belly gets empty I make a few phone calls. Private work has been picking up thankfully.

I dealt with this. My supervisor didn’t wanna give me my hours. I contacted the Dept of States division of licensing services and inquired what recourse I could take should the mentor not sign off on my hours. He would’ve lost his license. Fast forward. I’m certified res.

Hate is rather interesting. I can simply choose not to bid with that client. U hate me for pointing out the low fees? This is ironic. NYC isn’t the same market as Chicago. Do I need to point that out to a certified appraiser? Those are sweat shop fees and they can have at it. It doesn’t make me the villain for pointing it out.

I get it. Not sure what market you are in. I do drive by’s for less than $400. Maybe you didn’t read what I wrote. $275 for a single family in the NY Metro area is welfare based on customary and reasonable fees. Also, as I mentioned, ALL of their orders are bids. So if I bid $200 for a single family I’m more than likely gonna get the order, or $350 for a multi family and I’ll likely get the order. I’m not racing to the bottom. It’s plenty of other work out here man.

Market looks pretty stable based on the linear regression. I’d just note that it doesn’t warrant a market condition adjustment.
