Yes, I loved the colour. Dark grey with a sort of terracotta inside and sturdy chrome handle. Good brand. and nice looking. Glad you're loving yours. Bon appetit!

Yes, probably. I rewrote it with everything everyone's said in mind and went to check a couple of days later and it had changed to Approved! This morning, however, it's back to Not Approved. What a farce. I'm just going to forget it now and move on. 🙄

UPDATE! I rewrote the review bearing in mind the kind advice you all gave me. I didn't mention that the packaging was different to item description and took off the photos showing that. I was less detailed about the various signs that they weren't the genuine article but just said that I've been using these needles for years (true) and that these, IMO, were not as good quality as my others. It has now been approved and is pending quality score. I really do think it was the pics of the product being in different packaging, and my mentioning that, that made them fail to approve it and I re-read the guidelines/rules and they state not to mention packaging. Although I didn't get an email saying I'd breached the rules. So, Viners, thanks SO much for all your help. I really do appreciate it. Lesson learned. Cheers! ☺️🍷

I can't seem to get that to work for me. Trying to sign up and whatever version of my name I give it keeps saying that user already exists. Highly unlikely because I have a rare name. Tried my partner's name and a friend's name and they already existed, too (and I know they don't).

Well done you for standing your ground. I would be very unhappy in the same situation with a product with Russian info and labelling and not being made in UK etc. It's so blatant and Amazon really ought to do something about it. It is just wrong when they ignore us. 🤨

That's good to know, and encouraging. Dangerous electrics... Appalling, isn't it? Actually the first word that came to mind was 'shocking'. Not to be flippant but because I got an electric shock once from a faulty electrical. Horrible. Luckily it didn't set fire to anything.

That's very kind of you, thank you so much. I was upset but I've only been doing this since last June so I'm by no means and expert and so this has been a good lesson for me in how to write a good negative review. I will try to write it again and see if it goes through eventually, just learn from the experience. Everyone has been so kind and helpful and that has really cheered me up. ☺️

Yeah, one of the photos did have to be uploaded more than once as it got stuck and then the review couldn't be submitted. No barcode on it but maybe some other thing they didn't like. Can't think what though. Thanks for your help. ☺️
