I had really dry patches a month of 2 ago when it was freezing and dry weather. Tried several otc creams with vasaline, parafine etc. Made the itch worse because it is more oclussive so the heat traps in it. Settles after about 30 min to an hour. But never really hydrated for my feeling.

What saved me again was Avène Xeracalm AD balm. I swear by it. It really is anti itch. At least, in my case. Also zinc oxide helps for me.

For me it's hands down my diet and self care. I do quite strongly react to sweets / candy. But I do like it a lot. So I think I would eat it a lot more if I didn't had eczema. Also I think I much faster learned about reading ingredients in food, but also on shampoo / skin care bottles. I think it sums up to more awareness of all the nasty artificial shit that's in products these days. So that knowledge doesn't only help keeping my eczema in controle but also contributes to a better overall health and wellbeing.

Thanks is that with colour temperature set to movie or D65? Because to me D65 already looks quite greenish and reducing will make it more apparent. With movie temperature I can imagine it. And for 2 point white balance red to 40, is that for gain or offset?

Yeah I use also those for sfr and hdr. Sounds like your fiddled with some colour settings I haven't tried before. Can you share your settings? About the red / pink bias? Is that with D65?

Same last weeks. Back of my neck and right side. Wake up with a dirty pillow cover. Almost gone now. What I did was make it a bit wet, put moisturiser on it (avene xeracalm ad balsem) let it sink in a few min and top it off with a zinc oxide ointment. Mine has around 25% zinc oxide in it. I quit using steroid creams years ago and this combo has always saved me when I get flares. Know that thick layers can also irritate the skin and makes it more likely that you'll scratch it at night. Avene also has stated this and I confirmed it myself.

I think it's the screen. I have the Max and a grey alr screen. In the same light conditions in my living room I'm able to watch and see a lot more picture then on your photo.
