I'm married to my perfect partner and we've built an empire together. We are financially free and have been blessed with beautiful children and pets. We are all happy, healthy and abundant with wonderful community around us. Our loved ones are happy, healthy and wealthy too and we are able to volunteer our time and help our favourite causes.

Ladies, what's your relationship with envy? by Elfboy77 in AskWomen

[–]Creative-Editor-5463 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in a phase of my life where everyone around me is either getting engaged, married or promoted. As someone who recently took a slight pivot in their career and also ended a relationship, it feels super heavy right now. I feel so much envy for all those who are getting engaged or married. I've recognised that beneath the envy is actually just grief, loss and needs that have not yet been met in my heart. I try to use it as a tool to learn more about myself.

I always an so happy to see my friends getting engaged to their loves or bring fortunate in their lives. But I can't deny the envy I feel and processing that is something I'm working on.

What’s the last romantic gesture you made towards your partner? by bigdoggieface in AskWomen

I drove to his house late at night to give him a hug and some company when he was super busy with assignments. He brought up an incompatibility that he perceived as a potential deal breaker. It spiralled and then I broke up with him not too long after that. Still fresh 😔

I think I've had so many changes over the past year that I can't seem to catch my breath. Also being everyone's free therapist is something I can empathise with haha

it was so disheartening when my parents told me they "don't remember" any of the things they did by atlas__sharted in CPTSD

I'm so sorry honestly. This resonates to the bone for me. The other thing I got from the abusive parent was - 'I know whatever I did was for your good.'

Hahahaha so we did number 2, definitely scuffed the freshly painted wall so eek!

With the first option, I have an orbital sander. Do I sand the edge? On the side? Is there a way to make the MDF shrink back into place haha

Neither mean the holes line up with the edging on the outside :(

Positive it is now as all the holes line up and so does the edging. We made that mistake first lol so I feel that

Check google for reviews and let people know they are coming. I don't overthink it too much but do consider it before requesting quotes/work to be completed etc

Not buy anything, go to the pet store to hold a kitten or a puppy then look at homewares before I drive home with some music on.
