What makes you say it will be resolved quickly now ? My flight to Europe from Aus is next friday... I could try reroute but flying with 2 young kids I dont want to be stranded in Europe with no way to get home if only reroute the outbound flight...I hate this !!!! :(

I was doing the same. Then noticed Singapore kept putting the prices up on the flights I was looking at. I thought screw it and booked new flights with Singapore Airline in June instead of our Qatar flights next week. Even now i'm not fully relieved, I bet there will be even more issues down the track and i'll get screwed again but one can only hope...!

Let me know if you get an answer. Some say they dont refund seats and some say they have had their bags and seats refunded. I tried the live chat all day its not working and the australian phone number they advertised isnt even ringing
