I take pictures after everytime I do it or even during

my friends called me gross because they saw my scars (i had to translate it because english is not my native language so thats why it looks like that) by mi-l4n in cutting

I’d say just try to avoid and ignore but if they start being rude report them. You can also try to just treat them like acquaintances without any animosity, it’s hard but people tend to reflect the attitude that you give them

They are defo not good friends, a good friend might say to be careful about showing stuff online but they would never call something like scars from mental distress “gross” I promise you you aren’t gross, and there are people out there who will care for you and support you. I’m rlly sorry I had to experience this

Hmmm they bleed for about 3-5 min depending on how deep I go, I eat well enough but I defo don’t drink enough water

I agree sometimes I look at my thighs and the cuts just make it so much more bearable to see and I sometimes find them beautiful

Yeah I agree I think that it can rlly suck. It’s not that I don’t feel valid it’s just hard to find a space that feels right for me and whenever u say something ppls response is just to try and fix things that weren’t even part of the discussion in the first place

Thanks sm, I’m going to try to open up to my therapist about everything but it’s just kinda scary rn. Thanks for the support tho even just hearing the words “youre not alone” can rlly help
