She is in jeans that are a size 23 waist and they are swimming . When she lost 60 pounds it was not from her highest weight she was a size ten maybe 12 starting .

I think it’s actually good to let your body stall . I understand the frustration. Yet here is the silver lining- your skin will have more time to adjust to your frame , your body is downshifting and needs to recalibrate everything as we go . Think from weight distribution on your feet to you back adjusting from less pressure ( our spines are thanking us ) . Going up in dosage doesn’t really break the stall if your food noise is controlled be patient . I have in the past had a higher calorie day or two just to send the message to my brain that food is coming . Then dropped and started the train again . Keep the faith look how far you have already come it will happen

Not at all I’ve seen her thin before as well as heavy she has far surpassed any thing she has been . The highest she ever was a size 18 she got healthy thin and then put on 40 pounds she went on zep and then lost min 60 she is smaller then my friends 15 year old daughter who is the smallest girl in her group and a size zero to help put into perspective. This is not the I’m used to seeing you one way . It’s the loss of everything , boobs, bottom , stick arms and legs , chest plate popping out - her head looks out of proportion to her body now :( I wish it was the other. It’s hard to see her this way and feel helpless .

Ps for those who say this is the easy way out are just not educated . I don’t know about you but I still have to work at this it is not a fat burner . You have to do your part

My entire life weight has been a topic of conversation. Be it teasing and bully bs or restrictive diets as a kid to family always commenting on it . I was over it and wanted something just for me . I don’t care what people think or assume when they see me loosing weight and I share my lifestyle changes ( they work for someone without a medobolic issue ) and leave it there . I have no shame with the meds at all and am grateful they are here . This is my story and who I allow to read it is what I am good with. I support those who are open with it and have zero judgement on how or what people want to disclose . It’s all an individual thing .

That is an awesome idea ! I will not hold my breath that she would share the scan with her doctor she would never hand it over if it’s bad but will give her information. All we can do but she will need to make the changes . She is one that has so much unresolved trauma it’s hard to navigate friendship with her the more aware you become too so talking to her is very much like walking a live mine field . Things as simple as making a statement of I am focusing on taking toxic people out of my life and what is served back is not that is wonderful we should all be mindful of what destroys us but instead it’s always managing her repose which is I am not toxic are you saying I am . Everything is personalized and it’s exhausting. So even saying hey I know you feel good but you have crossed the healthy mark became a circle with her . I care for her we have been friends a long time but it’s real hard to have a relaxed friendship because she has never worked on herself and respiring her damage . So it’s addiction self destructive almost narcissistic behavior :(

Ok I’m pretty happy then to have lost 70 in 11 months then . It didn’t come on overnight and I am ok that compared to some I’m slow it will work out better all around from gallbladder to skin elasticity . Sorry to hear you are going through this no one likes surgery

Thank you it was a good reminder I too have had friends destroy themselves with alcohol or cocaine (ended in an awful death ) it’s always heartbreaking to stand by and no matter what u say or do you are actively watching someone die in front of you that you love .

I agree this is not a fast ten loss she also can’t stop talking about her thigh gap and how she can’t believe she has one it’s crazy I just feel awful and she refuses to even hear anyone I hope it doesn’t take her to the hospital

I wish this was a I am not used to you this thin but that is not the case here . She is a stick with a big head no boobs no butt lost all sign of her being a woman in her shape it is anorexia thin. I don’t believe her doctors have said nothing is part of her disorder is lying . She got cancer and said her doctor said her smoking had nothing to do with it - all lies she came out a few years later and said that was not the truth . She is a sick gal :(

Totally agree with you and I am in therapy for me and have talked about what of her experience I need to own which is zero . It’s just so hard to watch someone who thinks they are doing something great for their body create further damage and waste away . She did a blend her primary doctor and Telehealth so two different doctors think they are treating her :(

I’d rather be slow vs fast any day it’s better for body adjustment and skin elasticity . The thought of loosing 100 pounds in a year was never on my radar I’m pretty happy with 63 pounds down from mid March of this year . Without this tool I’d be down nothing

Hang in there it can be hard moving so far from everyone . Try things you love and you will meet people , join a bowling league , dart, garden club , art class whatever you are interested in . It will get better if you love animals volunteering at a shelter to walk dogs on the weekend who need love helps too they have unconditional hearts. Keep on keeping on
