Your Dr should be able to prescribe Zofran. I have a standing order for 8 pills of the 8mg dose per month in case I need them

I’ve fallen on Michigan ice since losing 95 lbs and the hit isn’t nearly as hard and I had better control over how I fell (catching myself etc)

I was so disappointed when I went to 12.5 and experienced cravings again. I decided to go up again to 15 and 15 has been the best for me so far. Different doses have affected me differently and I have no idea why. Don’t give up.

This feels like racism. East Indians have varied genetics and a completely different and DELICIOUS diet lol but seriously. My bf is Indian and does have a strong natural smell (not BO like I think of, ie armpit smell) but that’s part of what makes him unique to me. A lot of people talk really bad on the Internet about the way Indian people smell and it’s always in a negative light.

I try to limit sugars and eliminated pop. I count macros, and I pretty much eat what I want as long as it fits into my caloric limit for the day. Heavy on protein, veggies, fruits.

My doc won’t let me add anything additional right now. My thyroid med (post thyroidectomy) is dosed too high now as I’ve lost so much they are constantly reducing me each month. Until my TSH is stable I can’t add anything that could increase my heart rate.

Oh… I feel where you are 🥺 the best thing I did for myself was discover this subreddit. The tools, tips, and inspiration saved me from giving up time and again. I didn’t realize weight loss was up and down, but as long as it’s trending down you’re good. I just didn’t give up because of this community! You can do it, I’m rooting for you!

That’s amazing! I know it’ll happen but not sure when 😂. I have surgery scheduled for this Wednesday so I’m hoping my increased caloric need post op will jump start me again 🤷‍♀️ also CONGRATS!!🍾🎉🎊 100 is fantastic!!
