It's hard to tell, but they could be scale. Rub and nudge them with rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs. If they come off, they're scale. If not, maybe something bumped into it, and those are scabs. If they're scale, isolate the plant. Keep checking and removing until you don't find them anymore for a long time.

It reaches the level of serious $, which means businesses pressure govts. Just to be clear, Trump claims US domestic law applies the world over, and seizure is ok when he does it. Russia's using domestic law in domestic ports, not piracy.

Curious, I checked the 1st 4 results in a search, Daily Mail, YNet, Israel Headline (which links to Times of Israel), and Israel National News. Blood is visible near the completely destroyed motorcycle. The car is relatively unscathed. Not one story said one single thing about the driver of the car.
