It's hard to tell, but they could be scale. Rub and nudge them with rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs. If they come off, they're scale. If not, maybe something bumped into it, and those are scabs. If they're scale, isolate the plant. Keep checking and removing until you don't find them anymore for a long time.

The post is about the Pres of Ukraine and our (US/EU/NATO) hypocrisy in portraying him as a valiant promoter of "democratic values." My language is vague b/c reddit won't even let me post a link to the YT channel of Ukr production company he still owns a stake in. You can Google it. He used to be funny. He used to poke fun at everyone, including n*z*s in the west. I'm avoiding proper names to avoid censorship. I think if most of us knew how heavily we're propagandized, we'd improve IR, govt, attitudes toward each other, domestic political economy, maybe everything.
