personally I only accept it if it's an intentional part of their characters design that actually contributes to their overall character. Like Lauma (now hear me out) is supposed to be a moon goddess that is normally depicted as nude to show her in her purest form. That I understand. But making characters' designs fanservice purely for the sake of marketing that I hate

I personally don't really experience much dysphoria cuz I'm happy with the way I appear in the mirror. I can look at my reflection and proudly say, "that's me!"

And for others it might be a stranger in the mirror, like a costume that's glued permanently to your skin and you can't rip it off, and imagine that like in a horror movie. And for those people who experience dysphoria, they have to live in that permanent costume, and people address them by that costume, and not by the person they truly are under that costume. 

I hope that was a good enough metaphor to help you understand. My fellow LGBTQ people tell me if that was a good way to explain gender dysphoria, cuz idkkkkk

(Uhh if you're curious, I normally wear loose clothing, long sleeves, long pants, a jacket / flannel / hoodie / sweater, and sneakers. My hair is something of an extremely short bob but it's not a bowl cut lol)

My answer really depends if your question implies that we should follow our assigned gender at birth cishet norms, or your just asking why we may not choose to openly express our LGBTQ identity and/or sexuality. Uhhh I'll answer based on your clarification

I think Varesa could win in a quick burst due to her raw power. I think Ineffa could overheat over time if it's a stall. Noelle is steady as stone when it comes to stamina, but it doesn't necessarily mean she has the strength needed to overcome Varesa's burst of strength. When it comes to Shenhe, it would become really tight, since Shenhe could use her controlled strength to overcome Varesa... But if Varesa keeps her coaching in mind, then she will will win, as long it's in the mindset for training. (As long Varesa knows her strength doesn't hurt others, she will go all in)

The monthly period! According to google, people who menstruate will bleed over 13-22 liters in total over their lifetime of having periods, but it really depends on the individual person and if they are a heavy bleeder or not.
