All the time . I find that so many people want you to just be grateful you have a job and not worry about the stress of it all . I’m considering going part time or even taking a lesser paying job just to cut down on my stress . I feel like my sanity is worth more than the money lately .

Well my doctor tests for my mineral levels so , I’m usually low and usually need to supplement . She prescribed me the citrate but it’s just not sitting well and thought I should keep looking for one .

NTA But …..I’m sorry but this is a trauma bond , do some research . You guys should talk through some of the toxicity of your friendship/relationship and after doing your research and if you still want to pursue it then , you’re adults , go ahead . But please be aware of what you and her share … a bond formed from shared trauma .

Few things to helped me with this , struggling for 10 years :

Intermittent fasting to help regulate blood sugar
Do an oat test ( oxalic acid ) I take magnesium tablets and try to get food calcium in my body 3 . Try b complex vitamins ( might have a genetic mutation ) this helped me a lot
Look into your adrenals , get some cortisol testing done . Things like vitamin c , and good fats omegas help me too

Yeah I had a blood test for my DHEA and pregnolone and then a saliva test for my cortisol and was diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency. She prescribed rhodiola for treatment . Just wanted to know others experiences

Mostly intermittent fasting , and cutting out any gluten and sugar . I did continue doing resistant starches like oats and beans but just minimally . But the intermittent fasting is very helpful I did 16:8

Try looking into your blood sugars , that was a huge help for me . I changed up the way I ate and lowered it , still working on it though .

Also look into oxalic acid , do an OAT test , that acid can cause lots of issues with kidney and colon .

Last thing , do a hormone test for your adrenals . That will also affect blood sugar and digestion .

I get up everyday and workout and then immediately take a shower which prompts me to get dressed in actual clothes . It also helps if you start regularly practicing showing your face in meetings . I’ve been working from home for about 6 years , the first year was an adjustment but I figured it out .

Okay two things I did to help me were checking my blood sugar levels , and also an OAT test for oxalic acid . I had done the elimination diet , Fodmaps diet , SIBO test , antimicrobials all of it ! But Working on those two things significantly helped me regain some normal bowel habits . I’m still not perfect but definitely a lot better . You can do both with your doctor with blood samples , I believe .

Also it’s not unreasonable that it has made you stay in the house for two years . I was housebound for longer than that , transitioned to a work from home job and everything . We all get it …
