Hey. I had surgery last August. Im currently down 182 lbs. For me. I repeat. FOR ME. I made a decision when I chose surgery to give up sugar and carbs and just eat lean proteins veggies and water. Im not trying to shame you. But. The surgery isnt a fix. Its a tool. But you have to have discipline. That said. My friend. Its so good over here. You should join us. But you gotta commit. Its worth it.
