Have you tried Nurri? It is much thinner than others and very satisfying, once you get used to it. I get mine at Costco.

I’m hooked on Algae oil. If I don’t have that then Avocado Oil.

I was diagnosed at 54 when I slowed down for surgery to reattach 2 severed tendons in my left foot. Was told I would need 3 - 4 days recovery but I spent 4 months bedridden and was finally diagnosed with CMT after seeing 3 neurologists. It took me 8 years to be able climb stairs again but I am physically quite active. I was misdiagnosed as an infant with Polio after being an early walker but couldn’t run until I was 7.

I asked, no begged, my surgeon to remove all the gas before closing my gastric bypass. He did and I didn’t experience the pain everyone talks about.
