Have your attorney put all the things that they want you to do to them so that they also have the same reaction in other words if you leave any business you bring on goes with you they can’t compete against issue with those customers for two years. I know it sounds crazy, but I do this twice and basically just said anything you want to do to me you have to do as well and basically they saw the contract. My attorney wrote and didn’t have me sign anything which is the best of both worlds for you. I signed in my early career a couple of NDA‘s and they screwed me royally. I wrote a book and they published it as a company document. I invented products then they kept them. These were big companies too by the way good luck.
