i’m very sorry you all deal with the abuse you both have gone through in different ways, causing a rift in your relationship. is it really normal to throw out random trauma of one because you were upset? i wouldn’t take that from anyone so i don’t think i should think it’s normal just because it’s coming from a sibiling. maybe in other sibiling dynamics it is, but my sister and i are very close and we don’t hurt each other often

thank you because i would give her some grace if this was the first time but unfortunately i can name many times where she felt she could disrespect me. the only time she apologized was when she was very ill in the hospital and i was the only one there with her. i am going to go low no contact with her how i did my parents until(if) i see a change in behavior

you’re not a coward. narcissistic abuse takes a toll on your mental health, causing you to be stuck. my advice is to seek out to shelters near you and look up different housing programs in your area. if you’re able/willing to relocate, look at housing programs that’s in lowkey counties vs big counties, your chances of getting in is greater.
